Common questions.
How long does a site take to build?
Two weeks from when we start is typical, once we have what we need from you. Bigger or more involved projects can take longer. We’ll tell you upfront if that’s the case, not partway through.
What do I need to provide?
Whatever you already have (a logo, photos, existing copy) and we’ll work with it. If you don’t have some of that yet, we can advise on what’s worth getting before launch versus what can wait.
Who owns the site once it’s built?
You do. It’s your site, built for your business.
What happens if I want changes later?
You can ask us to make changes as needed, or move to a care plan if you’d rather have ongoing small updates included as a matter of course. See our care plans page for what that covers.
Can I update the site myself?
Not directly. There’s no self-service editor built into the site, so changes go through us. If you’d rather have small updates like hours, prices, or a menu handled as a matter of course, that’s what a care plan covers.
What about hosting and the domain?
We can handle hosting and domain setup for you, or work with a domain and hosting you already have, whichever you’d rather. We’ll talk it through on the call.
