Keeping the site working after launch.
A site doesn’t stop needing attention once it’s live: hours change, prices change, hosting needs renewing. A care plan covers small, agreed-scope work like this, rather than it becoming another thing on your list. It isn’t unlimited or round-the-clock. What’s included is set out plainly before you sign up.
What a plan covers.
Hosting & domain
Domain and hosting renewed before they lapse, so the site doesn’t go offline because a renewal was missed. This doesn’t cover outages caused by your hosting provider or outside the plan’s control.
Small content updates
Small changes (hours, prices, a menu update) handled without it becoming a full project. What’s included, and how many changes a month, is agreed as part of your plan, not unlimited by default.
Someone to contact
If something breaks, you have someone to contact rather than being on your own. Response times and hours are agreed as part of your plan. This isn’t an instant or round-the-clock service.
Ask about a care plan
We’ll talk through what a care plan should cover for your site as part of the initial project call. Pricing is quoted per project, not from a fixed list.
