Websites built for barbers.
Most barbershops still run on walk-ins and word of mouth, but the booking happens on a phone before anyone walks through the door. If there's no site, or the last update was a Facebook post from eight months ago, people assume you're closed or fully booked and go to whoever answers first.
What goes wrong
- No site, or an out-of-date Facebook page, reads as "closed" to someone checking on their phone outside.
- Walk-in policy and opening hours change but live nowhere reliable, so customers can't tell if they need to book.
- There's no easy way to show the shop, the chairs, and the standard of work before someone decides to turn up.
What the site needs to do
- A clear "walk in or book" statement above the fold, so there's no guesswork at the door.
- Opening hours kept somewhere a customer will actually find and trust.
- A simple way to show the space and recent work without needing a professional photographer.
Questions barbers ask.
Can customers book an appointment through the site, or is it just information?
That's your call. Some barbershops want a simple booking link through to whatever system they already use; others just want opening hours and a phone number front and centre because most of their trade is still walk-in. We build around whichever is true for your shop.
We change our hours quite often. Is that a hassle to update?
Not for you. Changes like that go through us, so it's a quick request rather than a redesign. If your hours shift often enough that it's worth not having to ask each time, that's exactly what a care plan is for.
Do you need professional photos of the shop?
It helps, but it's not a requirement to get started. A phone with good light does a reasonable job, and we can advise on what's worth reshooting later.
