Websites built for hair salons.
Salon services vary hugely in length and price (a cut is quick, a colour or treatment can take hours) and people want a sense of what's involved before they call. Too often the salon's actual work is scattered across individual stylists' personal accounts instead of living in one place a new client can find.
What goes wrong
- Services vary a lot in scope and time, but there's rarely a clear way for a new client to see what's involved before ringing up.
- The salon's best work is often spread across stylists' personal social accounts rather than shown in one place.
- A missed call to an appointment-only business often just doesn't get tried again.
What the site needs to do
- A services list that gives a real sense of what's involved, without needing a full price list.
- One place to see the salon's actual work, not four different personal feeds.
- A booking-focused call to action that doesn't depend on catching the phone at the right moment.
Questions hair salons ask.
Can we show work from more than one stylist?
Yes. The gallery isn't tied to a single stylist. We'll structure it by person, by service, or by your best recent work, whichever makes sense for how your salon operates.
Our price list changes with the seasons. Is that a problem?
No. We'd usually build services as ranges or "from" prices rather than a fixed list, which needs updating less often. When it does need updating, that goes through us, or a care plan if you'd rather it were handled as a matter of course.
Do we need a full portfolio to start?
No. We can launch with what you have and build the gallery out over time as new work comes in. It doesn't need to be complete on day one.
